The LAT pulldown machine is one of the most common gym equipment with various uses to train the forearm, triceps, biceps, back, and shoulder. This RitFit LAT and Lift Pulley System replaces the need for an expensive and over-sized lat pulldown machine at the gym and makes it easier to perform the upper body workouts at home.
By changing the connection ways between the carabiners and the high strength alloy cable, you can get two functional exercise modes: Pull down and Lift. Just fix the system to power racks, pull-up bars or beams, any place where the strap installed safely. The height of the pulley can be adjusted quickly by adding an extra carabiner.
The detachable handle allows you to change the attachment freely, and the breaking proof ball design of the cable and heavy-duty alloy buckle can prevent the rope from breaking and provides adequate protection.
Just thread the loading pin through the central hole of a weight plate and connect the sections. The RitFit LAT and Lift Pulley System can be connected to a power cage, pull-up bars, beams, and any place where the hanging strap can be installed. Its small packaging volume allows you to take it anywhere you want and suitable for traveling.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship within United States only excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
FedEx ETA Updates
If you receive a shipping notification with a FedEx ETA, please notice that the FedEx system automatically generate the tracking number with an ETA as soon as the order is processed. However, after they receive the shipment information, there will be update and modification on the delivery schedule. Please notice that the latest update on the FedEx shall prevail.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RitFit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
In regards to the chaotic delivery during pandemic, please save all the packing materials including the labels marked on the box. Please describe your problem and attach some photos of the package and item to: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: [Order Number]_Damage Report_[Products]. This will help our supporting team to process the refund or reship procedures.
International Shipping PolicyWe currently do not ship outside the U.S.
