These plates are solidly-built with impeccable craftsmanship and are an absolute must-have for free-weight training,and are of a high, durable quality suitable for commercial and home gym use.

Made with iron cores and rubber cases, these traditional plates are both tough and durable. High-temperature vulcanization prevents the coated rubber from leaving stains on your hands.

The triple precision concave grip design allows for easier and safer handling. The inner flange-around steel hole allows you to change the plates on and off the Olympic bar easily. It reduces abrasion to the bar rod at the same time, thus it can extend the lifespan of both bars and plates.

RitFit Olympic Tri-Grip Plates with Rubber Coat aren't just for loading up barbells, but using one also comes with a unique benefit: It improves grip strength because of the way you have to hold the plate with all fingers actively engaged. And core stability could be strengthened because of its positioning (Unlike a kettlebell or a dumbbell, a plate is easy to hug to your chest for squats and weighted good mornings. ) Add barbells at exercises like squats, deadlift, lunges, and raises, to gradually increase muscular endurance.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Location

We ship within United States only excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

FedEx ETA Updates

If you receive a shipping notification with a FedEx ETA, please notice that the FedEx system automatically generate the tracking number with an ETA as soon as the order is processed. However, after they receive the shipment information, there will be update and modification on the delivery schedule. Please notice that the latest update on the FedEx shall prevail.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RitFit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


In regards to the chaotic delivery during pandemic, please save all the packing materials including the labels marked on the box. Please describe your problem and attach some photos of the package and item to: support@ritfitness.com with subject: [Order Number]_Damage Report_[Products].  This will help our supporting team to process the refund or reship procedures.

Awesome service and product

Ordered rubber coated weights for my home gym and the product is amazing. Worked with customer service on one of the orders, as I needed part of the order replaced due to product not being a rubber coated plate.
