I left a message for a long time but never heard back, what should I do?
If you haven’t heard back from us for a long time, don’t forget to check your spam emails! You might miss it! We’ll reply to you within 24-48h of our workday!

I forgot to use my discount code. Can that be applied to my order?
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:
1. Email orders at support@ritfitsports.com
2. Send us your order number and the screenshot of the discount code you provided.
3. Please allow for 2-3 business days for a reply.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us at orders at support@ritfitsports.com immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the tracking numbers are generated or the orders are too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I combine orders or add an item to my order?
We cannot combine orders after an order has been placed.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
If you haven't received a shipping notification from us after 2-3 days of making the purchase, please email orders at support@ritfitsports.com.
What should I do if there are any attachments missing or damaged when I received the package?
Please provide us with the information listed below when you contact us at support@ritfitsports.com:1. Order number2. Some relevant pictures of the broken parts and all the labels marked on the packaging box or anything you think could as a proof (this is really important)3. Your available address and your phone number
I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of it?
If you bought many items from us, they will be shipped in multiple packages, but you would have only received 1 tracking number. If you still have issues or are missing items, please email us at support@ritfitsports.com to access all the tracking numbers for your multiple packages.
How long does the package have to be missing before we deem it lost?
The package will be deemed lost when it has no logistic information for about 10 days or so. If the above happens to your package, please contact us.
Why I can not find my package when it is showing delivered?
Please check all the places around your house and also your neighbor’s place. (Some of our customers reflect their packages were sent to their neighbor’s house.)
