1. Please contact us if there’s any problem with your package from the date you received them. Beyond 30 days, if there’s any missing or damaged situation that needs replacement, we need to charge you certain shipping fees as appropriate. Thanks for your understanding in advance. 
2. If there are any missing/ damaged parts, please report them to us all at once or we’ll charge an additional shipping fee as appropriate for the second reshipment. Thank you for your cooperation!

If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:
1. Email orders at support@ritfitsports.com
2. Send us your order number and the screenshot of the discount code you provided.
3. Please allow for 2-3 business days for a reply.

We try to get orders out as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us at orders at support@ritfitsports.com  immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the tracking numbers are generated or the orders are too far along in the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We cannot combine orders after an order has been placed.


If you haven't received a shipping notification from us after 2-3 days of making the purchase, please email orders at support@ritfitsports.com.

Please provide us with the information listed below when you contact us at support@ritfitsports.com :
1. Order number
2. Some relevant pictures of the broken parts and all the labels marked on the packaging box or anything you think could as a proof (this is really important)
3. Your available address and your phone number

If you bought many items from us, they will be shipped in multiple packages, but you would have only received 1 tracking number. If you still have issues or are missing items, please email us at support@ritfitsports.com to access all the tracking numbers for your multiple packages.

The package will be deemed lost when it has no logistic information for about 10 days or so. If the above happens to your package, please contact us.

Please check all the places around your house and also your neighbor’s place. (Some of our customers reflect their packages were sent to their neighbor’s house.)
