All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We ship within United States only excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you received a DEFECTIVE good or a product of WRONG SIZE, we will ship you a new product and cover the shipping expense.
If you don't like the product, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
You can submitted a return request on the RitFit messaging system, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
