Can I stack multiple discount codes?
If you redeem product discounts through the RitFit Loyalty Program, you can stack and apply multiple rewards to your cart. However, if you redeem a cash discount reward, it cannot be combined with other discount codes during checkout.
How do I earn points faster?
You can earn RitFit points faster by completing point-earning tasks, shopping our best-selling products. Every dollar you spend earns points, and your membership tier determines how many points you can collect per dollar. Higher-tier members earn points at an accelerated rate.
How do I get birthday rewards?
To receive your RitFit birthday reward, simply register as a member and fill in your birthday information at least one month before your birthday. This ensures you’ll unlock your special birthday gift and enjoy exclusive perks during your celebration month.
INFINITY DAY Terms & Conditions
- INFINITY DAY is held on the 8th day of each month. The double redemption value of points is applicable exclusively on that date.
- If a redeemed product is out of stock, our customer service team will proactively reach out to arrange either a refund of the redeemed points or a replacement with a product of equivalent value.
- Any cash discount coupons obtained through points redemption are valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. Upon expiration, the coupons will no longer be valid, and the points used for redemption will not be refunded to the account.
