The RitFit Power Cage with Lat Pull-down Attachment is a functional piece of equipment that decreases the risk of injury when lifting solo and at higher weights. 1. How to use the cables correctly?
Please make sure that the small round black rubber piece and round silver metal piece are staying close. This can reduce the degree of wear and tear of the cable during practice.
2. What is foam roller bar/ lap bar, and what is its function?
The foam roller bar/ lap bar is meant to secure your lower body in place and prevent you from being lifted during the up movement in a lat pull-down workout with the upper pulley. Please fasten this bar right above your thighs by adjusting the longer safety bars to a proper height and then locking it with clamping plate.
3. What are the dimensions inside the cage? (Between each of the orange frames)
The distance between left orange frame and right orange frame is 38.583” and the distance between front orange frame and back orange is 29.528”.
