RITFIT Rewards 2.0: What Changed, What's Better, and What to Do on July 18

RITFIT Rewards 2.0: What Changed, What's Better, and What to Do on July 18
RITFIT Rewards program 2.0 will launch on July 22. This post covers everything: how the new program works, what's better, and what July 18 gives you.

If you are new to RITFIT, this is also your complete introduction to how rewards work.

💡 Your two options at a glance
  1. July 22 onward: Rewards 2.0 launches. Points last 24 months, vouchers auto-refund if unused, tier is permanent.
  2. July 18 only: Bonus redemption day. Redeem at $0.10/pt, up to 3,000 points ($300) per redemption. No minimum order. Redeem as many times as you like.
  3. No rush? Your points balance carries over unchanged. From July 22, our standard cash redemption is $0.05/pt. Read why below

July 18: Your Choice

One Day Only
July 18, 2026
$0.10 per point, up to 3,000 points ($300) per redemption
No minimum order. Redeem multiple times.

July 18 2026 is a special bonus redemption day. Visit the Infinity Day Encore page to redeem.

On July 18, 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. ET, points redeem at $0.10 per point with no minimum order. The cap is 3,000 points ($300) per redemption. You can redeem multiple times during the day. Reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promo codes.

But before you decide, read the next section. The case for keeping your points in the new program is stronger than it might look right now.

What the New Program Actually Gives You

Here is everything that changed, and what it means for you.

Old Program New Program 2.0
Points validity 12 months 24 months
Voucher validity 20 days, no refund 90 days + auto-refund
Gear redemption rate Mixed ($0.08 to $0.10) $0.08/pt standardized
Tier status Not guaranteed Permanent, lifetime
Tier thresholds 2,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 1,500 / 2,500 / 4,500
Infinity Day bonus Double redemption value Double earn rate (every month)

Points now last 24 months

Under the old program, points expired after 12 months. In the new program, points are valid for 24 months from the day you earn them, used oldest-first. If you buy equipment every year or two, your points will still be there when you are ready.

Vouchers last 90 days and refund automatically

Old vouchers expired in 20 days with no refund. New vouchers are valid for 90 days. If a voucher expires before you use it, your points come back to your account automatically. You do not lose anything.

Physical gear redemption is now a better deal

The rewards catalog has been standardized at $0.08 per point across all items. That is better than the $0.05 cash anchor. 1,000 points gets you $80 worth of gear instead of $50 in cash.

August Member Month: exclusive rack accessories.

If you already own an M1 or M2 rack, watch for our Member Month campaign in August. For a limited time, these attachments become available for point redemption:

These aren't normally in the rewards catalog, and they're redeemable while supplies last.

Your tier is permanent

Once you reach Grinder, Beast, or Legend, that status is yours for life. Spending your points does not drop your tier. Your balance going to zero does not drop your tier. Nothing does.

It is easier to reach a higher tier

The thresholds to unlock Beast and Legend are lower than under the old system. If you were close to upgrading before July 8, check your status now.

New ways to earn that did not exist before

Profile milestones, home gym features, and more give you ways to earn points outside of purchases.

More exclusive benefits at higher tiers

Beast and Legend members get early access to new product drops and priority support. Legend members get 1-on-1 gear consult access: one-on-one equipment and setup guidance via email or online.

So: Redeem on July 18 or Keep Your Points?

Use July 18 if...

  • You have a specific order ready now
  • Want the maximum redemption rate
  • $0.10/pt, up to 3,000 points ($300) per redemption
  • One day only. July 18 is the final announced $0.10 redemption day for this transition.

Keep your points if...

  • No immediate purchase planned
  • Points now last 24 months
  • Vouchers last 90 days, auto-refund if unused
  • Gear catalog at $0.08/pt beats the cash rate
  • August Member Month: exclusive M1&M2 rack accessory redemptions, while supplies last

Both are valid. The difference is whether you need the higher redemption rate today, or whether the new program structure works better for how you shop.

Your Tiers

Thresholds are based on lifetime earned points, not your current balance. Spending your points does not change your tier. Tier status never expires or downgrades.

Beast members earn $6.25 back per $100 spent. Legend members earn $7.50 back per $100. Both rates apply every day, on every order.

Tier Lifetime Points to Reach It Daily Earn Rate
Rookie Starting point 1 pt per $1

How You Earn Points

From purchases

Every dollar you spend earns points at your tier rate. The multiplier is automatic.

On Infinity Day (the 8th of every month)

On the 8th, your earning rate doubles. Rookie and Grinder earn 2x points. Beast earns 2.5x. Legend earns 3x. The 8th is still the best day to shop. Your balance builds faster every month, not just on one big cash-out day.

Through other actions

  • Write a review50 pts
  • Show Your Home Gym (see below)1,000 pts if selected
  • Complete your profile50 pts
  • Add your fitness profile100 pts
  • Birthday bonus (automatically credited, based on your tier)200 to 350 pts
About the Home Gym showcase: Submit a photo of your setup for a chance to earn 1,000 points ($80 in gear, or $50 in cash). Submitting does not automatically earn you points. Our team reviews all entries and selects periodically. A member may be selected at most once per month, and the same space may only be selected once.

How Redemption Works

$0.05
per point, outside the July 18 Encore.
1 point = $0.05 in cash value. That rate does not change by day, tier, or order size.

Cash redemption works through three tiers. You choose how many points to redeem (minimum 300) and receive a voucher:

Voucher Tier Points Range Max Voucher Minimum Cart
Iron 300 to 500 pts $25 off $99.99
Steel 501 to 1,500 pts $75 off $299.99
Titanium 1,501 to 3,000 pts $150 off $799.99

Vouchers are valid for 90 days. If a voucher expires before you use it, your points are automatically returned to your account.

Physical gear redemption: Redeem points directly for items in the rewards catalog at $0.08 per point, a better rate than the cash anchor. The catalog is updated regularly. You can use your points voucher to place an order for someone else, though points themselves are tied to your account and cannot be transferred directly.

One rule that applies everywhere: reward vouchers cannot be combined with promotional codes.

Your Points Validity

Points are valid for 24 months from when you earn them, used oldest-first. We will send reminders before anything is close to expiring: 30 days out, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before. Nothing disappears quietly.

Coming Soon

Birthday month gift with order. Any order placed during your birthday month will ship with a free gift. The gift tier scales with your membership level: Rookie and Grinder receive an accessories-level gift, Beast receives an intermediate-level gift, Legend receives a premium gift. Ships with your order, not separately. Coming soon, details to follow.

Referral program upgrade. The referral program is being fully redesigned with significantly stronger rewards for both you and the friend you bring in. Launching July 22. Details to follow.

Questions We Are Hearing

What happened to double redemption value on Infinity Day?

The $0.10 per point redemption rate on the 8th has been removed from the new program. What has replaced it: a double (and triple) earning rate on the 8th, every month. Your balance builds faster. And with 24-month validity and 90-day vouchers that refund on expiry, the pressure to cash out on one specific day is gone. July 18 is the last time the $0.10 rate applies.

Is keeping my points actually worth it compared to redeeming July 18?

It depends on one thing: do you have a purchase in mind right now?

If yes, July 18 gives you the highest announced redemption rate for this transition. Use it.

If no, the new program is genuinely better for holding points. 24-month validity means your points will not expire before your next purchase. 90-day vouchers with automatic refund mean you will not lose a redemption because life got busy. And the physical gear catalog at $0.08/pt means your points stretch further than the cash rate suggests.

The old program made saving points feel risky. The new one does not.

What if I keep my points and want to redeem later?

Your points carry into the new program at $0.05 per point. All three voucher tiers are available to you. 1,500 points qualifies for the Steel tier ($75 off a $299.99 or more order). 3,000 points qualifies for Titanium ($150 off a $799.99 or more order). And if you redeem a voucher and do not end up using it, the points come back.

Does my tier carry over?

Yes. Tier status is based on lifetime earned points and carries over directly. Nothing about July 8, the July 18 Encore, or the new tier names changes where you stand.

Does it cost anything to join?

Nothing. RITFIT Rewards is free. You start earning on your first order.

Built to Last

The new structure is designed to hold. A loyalty program that works for the long term is the only kind worth having.

Going forward, we will notify members in advance of any program changes.
