How much is a point worth?
1 point = $0.05, always — so 1,000 points = $50 in rewards. On Infinity Day you earn double points, so your balance grows twice as fast.
Can I lose my tier status?
No. Tiers are lifetime. Once you reach Grinder, Beast or Legend, that status is locked in — even if your points expire or you spend them all.
How do I climb to a higher tier?
Tiers are based on the lifetime points you earn — 1,500 for Grinder, 2,500 for Beast, 4,500 for Legend. Keep earning and you move up automatically.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 24 months from when you earn them, used oldest-first. We'll remind you before anything expires.
What is Infinity Day?
On the 8th of every month, you earn double points on every order — 2× for most members, up to 3× once you're a Legend. The best day to shop.
