I’m Kiaya Jackson, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and two-division champion with the Professional Grappling Federation (PGF) in the 125lb and 135lb categories. My journey in fitness and competition didn’t follow a conventional path. Starting with limited resources, I relied on mentorship, self-education, and a fierce commitment to regular training to build my skills and achieve my goals. As I committed more deeply to my training, I noticed not only the physical improvements but also a transformation in my mental resilience, focus, and overall mindset. This experience sparked my passion to help others experience these same benefits.

Today, I travel all over the world to compete and teach, sharing my knowledge with other world-class athletes and learning from their unique experiences as well. I compete regularly on UFC Fight Pass, and I’m dedicated to sharing my journey and insights with others through social media and SoPro Collective, my training platform for competitors. Through these channels, I provide guidance on conditioning, technique, and mental strategies to help people feel and perform their best on and off the mats.
