RitFit donates Workout Gear to Yoga Gives Back

Yoga Gives Back (YGB) is a nonprofit grassroots organization founded in Los Angeles aims to mobilize the global yoga community to empower women and children in India to build sustainable livelihoods.

RitFit donated more than 200 massage rollers to the nonprofit organization in October 2018 to help them raise funds at yearly Bhakti Festival. Yoga Gives Back funds mothers and children with micro loan programs and education funds with a minimum of five-year commitment to each person.

RitFit launched an ongoing #abetterself campaign in 2018 to encourage people to workout, to become a better self. We also want to promote health awareness of the society in general. If you are around Los Angeles area, and you want to practice yoga and be supportive of their cause, please check out Yoga Gives Back's event page here for more information.

Join us and become a better self physically, mentally and emotionally every day!
