Easy to Assemble and Fold
The adjustable FID bench is mostly preinstalled, there are only foot stabilizers and bolt needs to be assembled. The whole assembling process would not take you more than 5 minutes. For storage, you just pull out the knob, fold the FID bench, and put it wherever you want.

This is the perfect weight bench if youre looking for something light and easy to move around. My wife loves it. It does everything she needs. She wanted something light and low so she could do her hip thrust with the smith machine. It's 16 ½ inches from the ground to the top of the pad. The pads are 1 ½ inches thick. Plenty of cushion for comfort. We'd buy it again
Everything came in a timely fashion as it should. Straight forward and easy setup. Patriotic plates are a nice touch as well. Very much so worth the money.
Durable Value bench
The bench is okay for the price. The only issue is that the notches that lock in place come loose making the seat part collapse. The feet of the bench are very cheap plastic and difficult to attach without jamming your finger. May end up upgrading to the better bench one day.
The bench seat was very easy and quick to assemble. Looks great and has a great feel to it. My home gym is coming together well.

I bought this bench in 2020, and it’s served me well over the years. However, the knob used to adjust the bench angle broke a while back. Originally, it worked by pulling the knob out, rotating it, and then setting it to the desired angle. That mechanism stopped working about two years ago, but I was still able to use it by manually putting the knob back on and turning it to engage the locking screw. The issue was, without the pull-out function, I couldn’t tell if the screw was aligned with the adjustment holes. Over time, I unknowingly started screwing directly into the metal frame. This morning, I loaded a bar for a warm-up set, and the bench gave out completely. Thankfully, it wasn’t under heavy weight, but it could have been dangerous. The bench was great while it lasted, but the adjustment mechanism’s failure over time made it increasingly unsafe. Use with caution if the locking mechanism shows any signs of wear.

Was so close. I like this bench and good value. I'm 5'11 & 150lbs and it works great. It doesn't budge during incline push-ups or when using it, but it's also not glued to the ground. It's easy to adjust, and I like the versatility. Issues: It's an easy set up (Watch your fingers though), but the feet were hard to get on. Granted they're not coming off now. My issue? The wave washers I received don't fit the screw. Home Depot, Fastenal, and Lowes don't have their specific part. I reached out to customer service and I've gotten no response. I put it together to use, and I understand product issues; yet I'm disappointed in their lack of responding and fixing the issue. Is it a deal breaker? No, but quite disappointing for sure
Not a big fan of this bench. For basic stuff it is okay at best. The decline function does not work for sit up, the seat portion comes unlocked when you lift yourself up. Incline works okay tho. Just expect to re adjust everytime you move the bench. Really needs a better way to lock the bench into position. The feet are hard to put on and are cheap.

Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench 1.0 - Very Pleased with the quality I had not heard of RitFit before, but had seen several online ads. I needed some barbell collars and they had a good price so I thought I'd give them a try with a small item like that. They were as good as any collar I would have paid 2-3x more for somewhere else. So I decided to give them another try for the weight bench. I had an old cheapy, and needed something with a little more padding and support. So far, I've used the bench a few times and am very pleased. It's light weight, but very comfortable and with my body weight plus the iron weights have had more than 650 Lbs. on the bench and it hasn't waivered. Also, my back is a little wider than normal, and this provides more support width-wise than a lot of other benches I have used. Was also very easy to put together - took about 10 minutes. I'm slowly building up my home gym with some very good products and nice prices from RitFit.

Nice bench for the price. It has a wider seat than i expected. Only marking it down one star because mine came in warped. The frame seems to be a bit twisted but works.
I loved the price point for this, but you get what you pay for. Fold up is nice and set up is easy. The decline functionality stinks and the bench slips out of the slots. Just okay.

It's a solid bench. I especially enjoy the wide padding. My main problem is the adjustments don't "lock" in; they only "slot" into place. This makes me extra cautious, especially after my last bench (from another company) broke on me mid lift. Overall, I'm satisfied, especially for the price, but if you want something that feels more secure, maybe look elsewhere.

I had originally wanted the upgraded one but this one will do just great. Very Sturdy, just make sure all the bolts are tightened. This was the first thing I got from Ritfit.
Overall, it’s a solid entry level bench! Only docked one star because I wish the adjustment slots were a little deeper, or slightly more secure method of adjustment. I haven’t had any issues and overall it’s probably fine, but I do worry about slight upwards adjustment causing it to release and fall. Just be careful with it and it’ll be a solid bench!
