Really happy with this purchase. The first thing I noticed was how heavy and solid it feels. This isn’t one of those cheap attachments that feels hollow or flimsy. It seems very well built and like it will last a long time. The multiple grip options have added a lot of variety to my workouts. I can switch between different pulldown and rowing variations with one attachment, and several of the grip positions feel much more comfortable on my wrists and elbows than a standard lat bar. It’s a simple upgrade, but it’s made my cable workouts more enjoyable and given me more exercise options without taking up additional space.
