With 7 height settings in 30 mm increments, this leg press / hack squat rack attachment lets you dial in the ideal starting and finishing position for your shoulder presses and lower-body work. The fine adjustment helps you hit a fuller range of motion and target specific muscle groups more effectively.
Flexible Hole Spacing
A unique slotted mounting design—unlike many fixed-hole options on the market—allows this attachment to work with rack hole spacing from 3.54" to 4.33". That extra flexibility means easier setup and better compatibility across different rack layouts.
Connector Optimization
Multi-Rack Compatible Connector
The Hack Squat Rack Attachment now features an upgraded adapter that fits power racks with 50×50 mm, 50×75 mm, and 75×75 mm uprights. A 25.4 mm pin is designed to work with rack holes over 26 mm, providing a secure, stable connection across a wider range of equipment and unlocking more versatile training options.

The attachment fits power racks with 2" x 2", 2" x 3", and 3" x 3" uprights, providing a secure and snug fit across a wide range of home and commercial gym setups.
The attachment features 7 adjustable height settings with 30 mm intervals, allowing you to fine-tune your start and end positions for a fuller range of motion and more precise muscle targeting during squats, presses, and other lower-body movements.
By distributing weight more evenly throughout the movement, the attachment helps reduce stress on the knees, hips, and lower back, making it especially beneficial for users with joint sensitivity or those easing back into training.
The unique waist-shaped slotted mounting design is compatible with hole spacing from 90 mm to 110 mm, offering better alignment, support, and stability than many fixed-hole designs to help you stay secure and balanced under load.

I absolutely love the flexibility of being able to do many different things with one attachment. It is sturdy and stores really nicely too.
If I could do it over, I would get the machine instead. This is quite bulky and for my wife, takes 2 people to put on. Seems well made, haven’t had issues with functionality, and it extends quite a bit off the side of the rack.
Whole bracket sheered through bolt with only 2 plates on. I was very excited for this attachment, until this happened. Literally loaded 2 plates and it just kept bending down.
I bought this before I purchased the leg press/hack squat machine. This definitely gets used a lot. I will say adding plates over 180 I do make sure the rack is loaded on the side as the rack will shake. Anything heavier I have another person there or I use the other machine. Love that it’s so compact!
The axel isn't fitting properly, and I'm struggling to find a way to make it work. The included instructions are definitely too vague and need to be improved for better clarity. Also, the blot plated and connector dont line up woth the holes. The least the blot plate should.
I find this to be oversized and difficult to mount on my owen. Should be 2 pieces to mout easier. Now that i put it up to use i feel like i could have done better with the landmine type. Ill buy that and see
Had to redrill holes in plates because they weren’t even close… had to turn down the rod that pushes through the bearings because it was about three thousands to big and would not fit through the bearings. Should have known that RitFit would fall short and should have bought a better brand. Haven’t used it yet so will leave another review when I fix all the flaws.
You do have to reinforce the top two bolts in that bracket. If you just have an extra piece of steel or aluminum, you can slide it in or over top of it
Ritfit Hack Squat Attachment is easily my most convenient ready use Hack Squat Pendulum Emulator! I use a 20° wedge to optimize the lowest squat position with ease and comfort. If you dial in the arc to match your natural low squat stance range of movement, you'll know it! It's waiting to spark your mitochondrial DNA and Growth Hormone for new Brain Cells! I can do four sets in twenty minutes leaving the first set of weights loaded and ready! I sometimes use this instead of my Transformer bar it's so easy access. Great for warm ups, until you find out you just keep adding weight and going for it! Love it. ~$259? Just buy one and see for yourself.
You accommodate three different rack sizes, but did not account for those racks that have smaller than 1" holes to secure. This is now no use to me as I cannot attach. You should be more up front about this issue.
They fail to mention that it only connects to the rack with one inch holes. Goes on my 3x3 rack but no way to attach it as the hitch pin is too big and only fits racks with 1” holes. You made the rack compatible with 3 different sizes, yet only one way to connect and I cannot. It’s useless to me now.
I was really looking forward this hack squat attachment but the attachment to the squat rig is really shaky. It makes me worried to load it up more than a plate on each side.
Very well built, easy to put together. Been lifting for over 27 years, value well built equipment. Only issue, you have 3 sizes of mounts to fit different racks, but only one size mounting pins that mount it to rack. Have 3x3 rack with around 3/4 inch holes. Had to go to hardware store to invest in some tractor pull pins. 10 bucks a pop. Not deal breaker. Good piece of equipment.
