It’s only been a couple of weeks but love the setup.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Rifit. I ordered the Smith machine, which arrived without issue. However, I later ordered accessories that I didn’t end up needing and wanted to exchange for something else. I’ve emailed their customer service three times with no response. The only replies I’ve received have been automated messages or vague responses from a chat bot—no real help or effort to resolve my issue. I also tried calling the number listed on their site, but no one answers or returns messages. It feels like they’re just ignoring my return requests and hoping I give up. I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone from the company will finally take this seriously and help me resolve the issue.
I absolutely love the M1 2.0! Very reasonably priced. I dont think I would have purchased the original. So, with RitFit listening to reviewers and their customers recommendations and making the necessary upgrades to the 2.0 sealed the deal for me. I plan on buying the leg extension/curl machine in the future.
These attachments are well made, they feel really expensive.
This is a really great set of cable attachments. Sturdy with nice grips. The double D handle & the straight bar have a swiveling attachment point, which is really nice! It means that when you are doing certain exercises (like curls with the straight bar) you don't put unnecessary pressure on your wrists (see posted video). I get good use out of all 4 attachments & the straight bar was worth the upgrade to the 4 pack.
