Uniform 3"×3" Frame, 11-Gauge Front-to-Back
Built with uniform 75 × 75 × 3 mm Q235 steel uprights. Front, middle, and rear posts share the same 3"×3" / 11-gauge / 3mm spec, where many multi-functional racks step down to 2"×3" or 2"×2" tubing on the middle and rear posts. Combined with a reinforced twin-base support and the rack's 1,093 lb of total steel mass, the frame stays planted front-to-back during heavy presses, deadlifts, and squats. Safety arms extend 560 mm with 650 lb static rating for solo training peace of mind.
A Full Strength Platform in 21.5 sqft
The M3 fits power rack, cable crossover, and Smith machine into a 21.5 sqft footprint, about the floor space of a parked SUV. Whether you're carving out a corner of a one-car garage or fitting a full home gym into a basement, you keep three strength stations on the floor space most all-in-one trainers consume with one. Highest upright hole sits at 1,980 mm (78 inch), so the rack clears most low-ceiling basements and apartments.
Three Strength Stations + 180 LB Built-in Stacks per Side
Three stations on one platform: power rack, cable crossover, and Smith machine, with 180 LB of built-in weight stacks per side (18 plates × 4.5 kg) at a 2:1 cable ratio. Whether you're racking heavy squats, switching to cable flyes, or dialing in Smith bench, you stay on one platform with no tear-down, no plate handling between sets, and no walking to a separate stack. Where many all-in-one trainers present cable crossover or Smith as paid upgrade modules, the M3 integrates all three natively.
Cable System That Doesn't Twist or Stick
The M3 uses a 2:1 pulley ratio with 16 aluminum pulleys, engineered against twist, stick, and rub, which are common pain points across cable systems in this category. Cable trolleys allow single-hand height adjustment across 29 positions for flys, rows, curls, and accessory work. Knurled metal grip points and aluminum end caps deliver refined, predictable resistance every rep, with consistent feel between sets without manual unwinding.
True 2.2m Olympic Smith Bar
The M3 uses a true 2.2 m / 30 mm Olympic Smith bar (full Olympic length, not a shortened replica) with a knurled grip and a 10-position quick rack plate system. Stainless hanging plates rack and unrack with a smooth, natural motion. Combined with the 560 mm extended safety arms (650 lb static), the system provides two layers of fail-safe between the lifter and the floor, built for solo benching past usual rep ranges and for users training around past injuries.
Storage Built Into the Frame
Four 300 mm stainless storage rods fit 2-inch Olympic plates, a rear pegboard with 10 hook positions, a center crossbar holds accessories or supports dip-style training, and a Quick Mount Landmine installs on any open hole position. The storage hardware listed above ships together with the rack frame in one wooden crate.
