Can hit pretty much all muscle groups with this, so it's very versatile. Frame feels sturdy, pulleys are smooth, and the free attachments/handles were nice! I just wish the cables itself were slightly longer (maybe by like 0.5in). I have to push the weight stack a little down so that the pin can go in. The end where the attachment connects is already scratched with deep grooves due to it rubbing against the pulley.

My only hesitation on purchasing this was if the selectable weight stacks would be heavy enough. Compared to other units, it seems like far less weight is included. It has the attachment to add plates to the stack, but almost defeats the point of upgrading to this because I wanted the selectable weight stack. Well, there's plenty of weight, especially with the 1:1 ratio. I am a big strong male. I can rep 315lbs for bench as a frame of reference. I don't think I'll ever have to add additional plates. Very happy with my purchase. The 3D smith machine is worth it. The price on this was almost too good to be true.
