Love it. Packed well. Instructions could use a bit more info on certain areas of installation but we figured it out. It's perfect for what I need it for. Small space and looks great! Took 2 hours to install. For the price it's worth every penny.

This is amazing I love having my own smith machine it’s smooth and lets me get the piece of mind to get that mind muscle connection! Ritfit customer service is spectacular especially when I didn’t get tracking for the smith machine and it ended up shipping within the second day after ordering and I look downstairs (I live in a apartment) and it was sitting right there! Fantastic won’t recommend this product more especially for a apartment home gym. Video reviews coming soon on YouTube on epk!
Got this for my wife. Ordered it and had it on my door 3 days later. Ordered plates for it, they came literally less than 48 hours later. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Put it together on Friday and was waiting on my wife to see it, but had to show her first since she would've noticed it when Id be at work. She absolutely loves it, and is thrilled I chose pink! Now im just going to need another job to afford everything she's gonna be wanting now! 😬

It was challenging to put the pulley system together and the weight storage bar should be shorter or moved close to the front as you have to remove the weights on the storage bar in order to add them to the lower weight rack

So far my experience has been great. Fast shipping speed. Everything was delivered as expected, no shipping damage. Only issue, a very small one, one single washer was missing for one of the bolts but that's an easy fix. Will update after my wife gets some use out of it.
