Dial in your exact cable path with 9 horizontal positions and 6 vertical angles. This lets you match resistance to your body’s natural movement for flys, presses, rows, curls, and more—so you feel the target muscle sooner and train with better consistency.
Wide Range, Better Positions
This arm gives you a wider working window, height range from 7.48" to 82.87" (cable-use height 9.45" to 79.53" ). You can hit high-to-low and low-to-high angles more naturally, so every rep feels smooth instead of “forced.”
Rock-Solid Stability for Heavy Lifting
Built from Q235 steel with thick reinforcement plates, the TAM1 supports 230 lb vertical static load and 150 lb angled static load. An 8-bearing large-roller system keeps movement stable and wobble-free, even during heavier sets—so you can focus on strength, not balance.
Smooth, Quieter Cable Feel
An aluminum pulley design helps the cable run smoother and quieter, with pulley sizing tuned for stability during pulls and flys. Less rattle and distraction means you can focus on the squeeze, not the noise.
Premium Touchpoints
Features like aluminum-capped pins and a electroplated handle add a more solid, “finished” feel every time you adjust and train, adding a touch of quality to your home gym.
One Attachment. Endless Angles
Set it up for flys, rows, biceps curls, shoulder work, and more. Depending on your configuration, it can also support lat-pulldown-style movements. You get true multi-angle training without adding extra machines or cluttering your gym.

It turns your rack upright into a smooth, multi-angle free motion style cable station. Use it for flys, presses, rows, lateral raises, triceps work, and more—great for training from different angles without changing your whole setup.
It’s ideal for targeted isolation including chest fly variations, shoulder work, single-arm rows, and rehab-style controlled reps. The wide angle range helps you match the resistance to your body’s natural movement.
The overall load capacity is 230 lb (vertical static) and 150 lb (angled static)
Yes. It uses an 8-bearing large-roller system designed for smooth travel and low wobble. As with any cable accessory, make sure your rack is stable and follow your rack manufacturer's safety guidelines.
You get 9 horizontal positions (up to 160°) and 6 vertical/angle positions (up to 65°, with 45° up / 20° down). This lets you dial in the exact pulling path for different exercises by simply pilling the pop pin and angling the arm to your desired position.
The arm height range is 7.48–82.87 inch (lowest to highest point). The cable working height range is 9.45–79.53 inch, so you can train low pulls, mid pulls, and high cable work comfortably.
It fits 2 × 2 inch uprights. If your rack uses a different upright size, it won't fit correctly, so please confirm your upright dimensions before ordering.
The overall size is 24 × 10.3 × 7.8 inch (L × H × W). It mounts to the upright and stays compact, so it’s a great option when you want more cable versatility without adding a big standalone machine.
It’s designed to stay quiet and smooth. The built-in aluminum pulleys and 8-bearing rollers reduce friction and vibration, helping keep motion smoother and noise lower compared to basic pulley add-ons.
We've got you covered. If you have setup questions, fitment concerns, or need after-sales support, contact our customer service team with your order number and photos (if needed), and we'll help you troubleshoot quickly.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 30 reviews.
Great for better range of motion when doing tricep cable extension and much better for lat pull.
Definitely a great upgrade.

Solid equipment. Really nice for flys and pull downs.
A. M.5/5Verified
I love these arms for everything except rowing as they come out too far to get a good stretch while also using the feet holders at the bottom.
M. M.4/5Verified
Chest flys are amazing with these
M. V.5/5Verified
Love these Tornado Arms! Very smooth and opens up a variety of new exercises.
L. S.5/5Verified
Love the tornado arms, a great upgrade to the M1, more range of motion and more flexibility to my workouts!!!
K. K.5/5
Love these arms. The range of motion is so much more now. They are smooth on the rollers and they work great for lay pull downs. Being able to stand directly over the pulley for curls really hits the bicep. The chest flys are incredible. Highly recommend these.
J. G.5/5Verified
For some reason, one is much smoother than the other. One is very hard to lift. I tried adjusting it, but nothing helped. It looks like it may have been slightly damaged during manufacturing or in transit.
R. C.3/5Verified
The 2:1 and 180lbs limit means that I’m stacking plates to hit lat pull down because the weight stack goes to 143/2=71.5
Having the plates labeled for 1:1 but pull is 2:1 is kinda ass too.
J. H.3/5Verified
Easy to set up. Even better to use. Add height for lat pull downs also adds extra stretch for cable flys! I absolutely love them!
J. T.5/5Verified
The tornado arms attachment is awesome. I'm glad Ritfit keeps coming out with top quality attachments for my M1 2.0. Honestly, I haven't disliked anything I've gotten from these guys. Thanks!
J. H.5/5Verified

J. T.5/5Verified
Working great so far! Love the wider range I can get with the arms.
G. J.5/5Verified
I’m 6’2” and have long arms these are much needed for range of motion. I don’t have to get on my knee or stand on plates to get full range of motion for my tricep and bicep workouts! These tornado arms are amazing they changes everything do now. In a pop pin to raise and lower is so quick and easy.. I love them.
C. J.5/5Verified
The TAM1 arms have been a game changer. The extra ROM on exercises like cable flies and their variations is clutch. All the micro settings have opened up a ton of possibilities and have greatly enhanced my workouts. LOVE. THIS. PRODUCT. ❤️
J. B.5/5Verified
In my opinion, this is the best upgrade for the M1 Pro yet! It has truly turned my “All-in-one” into an all-in-one.
The ability to get whatever adjustment I need from wide flyes, to combining cables, to simply moving curls and press downs a little farther away from the uprights have made things more practical and just - fun.
J. G.5/5Verified
Hands down a must for the M1 pro!
M. S.5/5Verified
Absolutely a must upgrade. These make such a huge difference in my workouts. I highly recommend picking 'em up
J. C.5/5Verified
Absolutely made a huge difference. Love the Tornado arms. Best upgrade!!!
T. T.5/5Verified
One of the arms not welded correctly. Causing the lateral arm to be tilted to one side and away from the pin adjuster to barely be secured into the last 2 upper holes. Feels like with enough weight on arm will cause it to come crashing down on itself. If it was welded correctly then it would not be a problem. I had to force the metal at least to the side to reach the pin adjuster to make it more secured. Company needs to do more careful inspection on equiptment before making it available and safe to use for customer's use. Other than that its ok for what its made for.
J. P.2/5Verified
Love them. Definitely worth
R. S.5/5Verified
These things are amazing couldn’t ask for a better upgrade to my home gym
H. J.5/5Verified
Game changer for sure! Amazing addition and upgrade.
T. M.5/5Verified
These things add so much more to my workouts. Chest flies are so much better as you can get a deeper stretch. So much better than the regular pulley deal.
J. C.5/5Verified
Love my Ritfit M1 Pro with Tornado Arms
D. P.5/5Verified
Improve the fit (hard to move along the frame and pin is not fully seating) of the tornado arms on the M1 Pro.

I am really happy with these… The only issue I have it’s not with the product but with the customer service. Unfortunately today everything is done with emails Or direct message. In the instructions, it says 180 pound weight limit. My question to the tech team was is the weight based off of the number on the stack with the actual weight being that this is a 2 to 1 weight ratio is 180 pounds actual weight or perceived weight? Their response was it’s 90 pounds total on the arms. Would be nice to be able to talk to somebody over the phone to get this straightened out. The answer that they gave me doesn’t help. It just makes it more confusing.
