best investment i’ve made for my smith machine and cables i’m in love work outs are so much more fun effective and efficient.
This is really a game changer. Being able to move a pin to select your weight, or even having to add a couple plates if 132 lbs is too light is so much better then taking all those plates on and off repeatedly. Love it!
The dual weight stack for the RitFit M1 2.0 is such an improvement. I can still add the weight plates with the included chrome-plated horns. Quick weight adjustments make lifting faster.
Adding the weight stack has been a huge upgrade for my machine. Being able to move a pin instead of loading and unloading plates is a massive convenience. On top of that, I can now stack real weight — a 45 and 35 bumper on each side plus the ~140 lb built‑in stack gives me around 300 lb total (150 per side on the dual‑pulley system). With the old setup, I maxed out at about 100 lb. The difference in training quality has been tremendous.
I added this to my M1 rack and overall it’s a solid upgrade once everything is set up. The plates come in multiple boxes and I noticed mine were slightly different in width, but they all weighed the same at 11 lbs each so it didn’t affect performance. Installation is pretty straightforward, but one thing I learned quickly is to load the plates one by one instead of stacking as many as you can on one side first, it makes the process go a lot smoother. The included stickers are actually a nice touch. They’re thick, stick well, and give you clear labeling with weight numbers and color categories. Once everything is assembled with the new carriages and cables, it doesn’t take long to get it functional. Out of the box though, the movement wasn’t very smooth. It felt stiff and sticky compared to the original setup. I tried synthetic WD40 lubrication first and it didn’t help much. What worked for me was applying a small amount of lithium grease to the guide areas and pulleys, which made a big difference and smoothed everything out. It did mean taking things back apart to apply it properly, so that’s something to be ready for. Once dialed in though, it works really well and feels much better during use.
How have I lived without this? The install was simple but the convince is the best part. So glad I was able to add this, no more switching weight plates. If you are wondering if it is worth it, it is

I think the YouTuber Gymcrafters said it best - 'Ritfit doesn't try to be the best, but aims to be good enough.' LOL! I personally think they are exceeding that by making upgrades like this weight stack easy to grow your gym setup on a budget. I'm very happy with this.
Purchased the M1 Pro package and bought the weight stack at the same time so we could install all together. We absolutely LOVE this weight stack system. Its so smooth, with a quick transition from any attachment. We love that you can add additional bumper plates to the weight stack as well. The stickers are very high quality and thick, easy to apply. We did have two plates arrive without bushings, but customer service has been incredible and are working on getting those to us soon. Keep in mind that all plates need to be stacked in the same way. Some of the bushing pieces show on the bottom side. The guide rod setup makes it easy if your are upgrading to the weight stack later on as well. These are great for any beginner or fitness pro. We highly recommend it and are so glad we purchased these from the beginning!
Weights finally came. With stickers a cable with cable sphere. All fit perfect without any manipulation. I had purchased the M1 Pro previously.

Love how easy it was retrofit on my existing M1 rack. Great new components -- the upgraded weight horns, although shorter, feel much more premium than the original plastic horns. Glad it came with new cables. Weights move nicely on the rails. Docked one star because... I think the labeled weights are incorrect? Moving down the weight stack, measuring with a fish scale at the pulley connector, seems pretty inconsistent with the weights. Hope Ritfit can weigh in here!
The weight stack for my M1 has completely reinvented my workouts from home. I am able to transition my sets and muscle groups I’m working quicker and reduce time on from no longer using weight plates. Love it !
Come on, RitFit!!! You need to keep more of these weight stacks in stock. It's not a good look that your customers have to waitt many months for these (as I have) only to receive the "weight is over" email and you're sold out again immediately. This is not the best customer experience at all. NO BUENO!

Great upgrade to the M1 2.0. Installation was simple and directions were helpful. The weight stacks pull really smooth & quiet. The weight horns are a great addition. I can get two 45-lb bumper plates on each weight horn, so you can add up to 180 lb more per stack. Likely could do more if using iron plates. But they are helpful even if you don't need that much weight. We use them to hold 2.5 or 5 lb weights because the plates on the stack are 11 pounds. So the weight horns let you add weight in smaller increments. So happy with these.
After a week of using my M1 PRO with the weight plates, I knew I needed to switch to the weight stacks. It is so much easier to switch weights between different exercises just by moving the pin up or down. It has been a game changer for me.

Worth every penny
I feel like for this much money and this going on a 2 to 1 system that we should get a 300 lbs stack on both sides to make it actually be 150 lbs of lift able weight also I’m not sure it’s actually 2 to 1 because the amount of weight that I can lift with it has gone up by a lot also the labeling on the weights I think should be labeled as the actual weight that you’re lifting so label it in a 2 to 1 format so it’s not confusing on how much weight you’re lifting
Easy install from plate loaded cable system. Nice convenience for quick weight changes. Only wish is that that stack was a little heavier.

This was such a great convenience purchase for my M1 rack! I love how easy it is to switch weights now. Installation was simple and didn’t take long at all. The only difference I see is for whatever reason to pulleys aren’t as smooth as before. They are still really smooth but I just feel like they were smoother before I installed this. Overall 4.5/5! Makes a huge difference in my workouts.
Weight stacks are an incredible upgrade. Installation was easy. I don’t do reviews but i had to here. I did run into an issue with a few of the weight stacks sticking due to friction - not what you want. The customer service team worked with me and sent me replacement stacks to resolve the issue. They were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend. Their customer service and great product has made me a loyal customer
I’ve been using the RitFit WSM1 weight stack set with my M1 PRO for a little while now, and overall I’m really happy with it. The set adds a good amount of resistance and integrates cleanly with the machine — it feels like a natural extension rather than a clunky add-on. Installation was straightforward, and the plates move smoothly on the stack with minimal noise or binding. Build quality feels solid. The plates and guide rods seem durable, and everything feels stable under load. I haven’t noticed any wobble or looseness, even at higher weights, which is reassuring when you’re pushing hard on lat pulldowns or seated rows. The only reasons I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 are minor but worth mentioning. The finish on a majority of the plates seemed a bit inconsistent right out of the box (cosmetic stuff, scratches, uneven surfaces, nothing that affects performance), but it was noticeable. Though these can be seen when the sticker set was applied, it wasn't the "best unboxing visuals" when opening. All in all, this is a solid weight stack set that boosts the versatility and challenge of the M1 PRO without feeling cheap. Good performance and ok value — just not quite perfect.
