Well you could definitely try having us answer a question like "which machine do you have"? That way you can warn the customer if the attachment they're looking at buying is going to fit. Oh and if a customer has been loyal like me a person who has purchased their entire gym from you, maybe when a mistake like this happens don't charge them for wanting to return the attachment.

I originally wanted the floor model of hip thrust and was disappointed when it was sold out. Then I saw this attachment and what a game changer. It also doesn’t take up a whole lot of space it’s perfect for what I need.

Ordered the hip thrust/ preacher curl attachment, as well as the M1 2.0 and the squat belt attachment. Everything was expertly packaged into a total of 12 packages. From the looks of everything, there is no damage, none seen on the boxes either. The materials seem quite sturdy and I can’t wait to get everything built and get to building myself. Only fits on the front of the rack. I wish it fit on the side to expand possibilities. That said, well made and sturdy.

A bit difficult to attach. The attachment is tight and almost has to bend to fit and squeeze onto the rack.
This doesn't actually fit the cage that I purchased it is to short but that was an error on my part for not checking the measurements. That being said I was able to still use it with a bit of ingenuity and it works great for hip thrust. Didn't purchase it for preacher curls since I ha e a separate bench for that. It's a sturdy piece of equipment.
I haven't been able to use it for hip thrusts. But works for Preacher curls well
